These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Aloha Pool & Spa Service’ website, services, and online payment platform. By purchasing services or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- Services Provided
Aloha Pool & Spa Service provides professional pool service and maintenance labor only.
We do not sell, ship, or install parts through this website or payment platform.
All services are performed on-site at the customer’s property by a Aloha Pool & Spa Service technician.
- Online Payments
- Customers may purchase services and submit payments through our secure online payment system.
- Payments are processed at the time of purchase.
- Customers select their preferred service timeframe during checkout; actual service timing may vary based on scheduling and availability.
- Scheduling & Service Timing
- Service dates are customer-selected and subject to availability.
- The timeframe between payment and service delivery varies based on the service selected and customer preference.
- Aloha Pool & Spa Service makes reasonable efforts to perform services within the selected timeframe but does not guarantee exact dates or times.
- Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Key highlights:
- Full refunds are available within 3 days of purchase if the service has not been performed.
- After 3 days, a $50 cancellation fee applies.
- Once a technician has been dispatched or labor has begun, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable, except as required by law.
- No Shipping or Delivery of Goods
Aloha Pool & Spa Service does not ship or deliver physical goods.
All services are performed in person at the customer’s property.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate service location and contact information
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the pool and work area
- Disclose any known hazards or special conditions prior to service
Aloha Pool & Spa Service is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to unsafe conditions or lack of access.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Aloha Pool & Spa Service’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
- Aloha Pool & Spa Service is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Services are provided “as-is” and without warranties beyond those required by law.
- Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Aloha Pool & Spa Service directly to resolve any billing questions before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may result in service suspension.
- Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
- Changes to Terms
Aloha Pool & Spa Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
